OUR DE-MATTING POLICY: We no longer De-Matt extremely matted pets. Our environment is designed to be stress free for our guests. De-matting a pet can be very painful and stressful on an animal, therefore we will no longer de-matt our clients. If your pet is extremely matted we suggest a shave down which costs an additional $20 per pet. After the shave down we suggest placing your pet on an affordable maintenance plan to encourage good hair growth and reduces the chance of reoccurring matts.
